The strategic maturity framework. 17 security domains, each built around a dedicated maturity model and a defined set of Key Process Areas. Every KPA is evaluated against a five-level maturity scale from Ad Hoc to Optimized. Domain scores aggregate into a single Average Maturity Score, giving leadership a defensible read on overall program performance. The framework is standards-aligned to ISO, ASIS International, ICAO Annex 17, the ISPS Code, and IACLEA guidelines, among others.
Operational Risk Engine
The tactical risk module. Where M² Stratix™ measures the program at the strategic level, the Operational Risk Engine quantifies and manages risk on the ground. Score, prioritize, and track operational risk within each security domain. Connect day-to-day exposure to the program-level picture above it. Domain-level risk views feed back into Stratix scoring, closing the loop between strategy and execution.
M²ORE Clarity
Your program intelligence, made legible. An AI assistant built directly into the platform. Clarity draws its insight exclusively from your own program data. Not generic benchmarks. Three Key Performance Areas have reached Level 3 (Standardized), but the remaining five, including Governance and Crisis Planning & Response, remain at Level 2. That concentration of mid-level maturity across core functions points to gaps that could limit crisis response.
